Personality
With a heart of gold the girls pure soul is cocooned in a shell of darkness created by her own insecurity and uncertainty of the world. Often keeping to her own solitude as others don't often understand her outlook on life and more so her outlook on death. A collector of all things creepy and crawly, she has quite the unique collection of strange materials and books on the unexplained mysteries of the world. Quiet and kind she often prefers her books and drawings compared to the social light of the city, often taking late walks through the streets and parks to find her inspiration through the darkness.

A Brief History
Born and raised in Japan her mother Rumi was native to the land while her father was a full blooded American with a dark secret. At the age of three her father left Romiko and her mother to keep his family from falling into the line of danger that seemed to be an occupational hazard that came with his line of work. Romiko was raised by her mother alone with the occasional help from her aunt, made to believe that her father had abandoned her mother because of substance abuse and his inability to be the father that she needed him to be.
With the expectancy that Romiko would grow up to live a normal life the girl never did truly fit in to the world that she was made to live in, finding herself drawn to the darker mysteries of life and stories of the abnormal while others her age focused on their studies and future careers. She often found herself being socially alienated by her fellow peers and in time learned to withdraw from the world around her in hopes to find own solace in her seclusion.
Despite her oddities, Romiko had a very strong bond with her mother who was at many times the only light in the darkness she called home. It was without a doubt the most tragic day of her life when Miko had come home from school only to find her mother lifeless upon the kitchen floor laying in a pool of her own blood. The only light in a world of dark had died and the heartache she felt would cut so deep that it would leave a scar that would never fully heal.
Not two days after her mothers death did her aunt sit her down and tell her the truth of her fathers existence, explaining that he was still alive and in America in a city called New Versailles. Romiko begged her aunt for my information on her father, but she claimed that only he could be the one to tell her the truth of the life she was meant to live. With nothing but an old photograph as a clue and the insurance money from her mothers death Romiko set off to journey to America in hopes to discovered the truth that had been put to rest behind a life of secrets and lies.

Seeking Role Play
- I'm a player who likes drama!... IC drama that is!
- I'm not a huge fan of generic RP's that might include... going grocery shopping... or going for a coffee...
(Don't get me wrong, normal things can be fun, but something has to appeal to me to keep me interested.)
- I do enjoy all things creepy/crawly, spooky and mysterious, dangerously seductive and even violence!
(Admittedly I'm one of those players who like to put their character through the ringer so that they can learn from experience and develop their life/plot through abnormal tendencies. Judge me how you must, I RP based on my own interests and design for my character.
)
- Eventually I would LOVE to have Miko find her father, or hear stories about him through people that might have known him or come across him, be it for good or bad. Her father was (and still could be) a hunter of the evil supernatural forces in this world. He would have likely killed many and met many other people/creatures along the way. So if you'd like to play into this theory/story feel free!
- Generally Miko is NC (no consent). The only exceptions is any long term supernatural effects (example; turning her into something other then human.) This must first be discussed before any permanent changes are made, given I like her as a human and would prefer to keep her that way for a while until she's developed as a character more.
